The exhibition Both/And/Neither/Nor examines photography not as a fixed medium, but as one that can assume numerous roles, forms, and disguises while simultaneously occupying multiple environments. Using the parergon as a tool and conceptual framework, the works in this exhibition are linked not by the specificity of the medium, but by the shared importance and preponderance of the ornamental, the peripheral, and the neglected.
